Important Information
Drop Off and Collection times
Drop off and Collection are usually between the hours of 9.00am and 10.00am or 5.00pm and 6.00pm. If these times are not suitable please let me know and we can arrange another time. Please ensure that you deliver and collect your pet on the dates booked. If you cannot collect your pet on the date agreed prior, please contact us asap to inform us of the same. We would be grateful if you would contact us as soon as possible should you need to cancel or change your booking.
Location & Parking
We are situated up a small single track lane, off Hayfield Road, just past the 3 garages, the last house before you go into open farmland. We have a small sign on the driveway pillar. The driveway gates are usually open during opening times. It is recommended to reverse on the drive, which will make it easier for you when leaving. Please do NOT park on the grass area where the 3 garages are on the lane, this is private land!
